Eddie is truly a gem! He is an attentive person who wants the best for his clients. He knows the market well, but he also has builder knowledge. He can walk through a property and assess the quality of the materials and build which is a helpful skill. He has good knowledge of the local HOA’s and can give a bottom up analysis. I feel so lucky to have worked with such a great realtor!

I am a first time home buyer, and Eddie did a great job of helping me through every step of the process. Eddie was a great resource and ally as I tried to navigate the market and explore some new neighborhoods. He was quick to understand my priorities (must haves) and wants (nice to have) to come up with a great variety of places to show me. Eddie was phenomenal. Quick to respond- very timely, not pushy, and definitely had great relationships with all of the surrounding properties. Most buildings shy away from agents but you can definitely see the relationship that he has with be different ownerships/buildings set him apart from other agents.
